Eat Yogurt to Lose Weight

A 14-day study conducted by the General Mills Bell Institute of Health and Nutrition in Minneapolis revealed that women who regularly consume yogurt are much less likely to be overweight and more likely to get their RDA of calcium and other important nutrients and minerals. Thirteen percent of the women ate three or more servings of yogurt per day over 14 days, and it was found they had a 15% lower body mass index than those who didn't eat yogurt at all.
