Do you have the courage it takes to lose weight

Conquering a weight problem definitely takes courage. Why?

Because changing any significant thing about yourself requires strength of conviction, hard work, persistence, and stepping into the unknown.

In some ways, it's easier just to keep going the way you're going. People like to stay with the known, often even when it's hurting them. This is because change, especially a big change like how you eat, can be scary.

When you decide to make that kind of personal change, you face the unknown. You don't know exactly what will happen. That's where the courage comes into play.

Some of us who have called up our courage and finally done it are here to tell you it's worth it.
