Do you have a specific date you hope to hit your goal weight or do you constantly adjust based off your results each weigh-in?

NoI don’t have a specific date. I just know I want to reach my goal weight (140 pounds) in 2010. I betonce I’m within 20 pounds of my goal I’ll set a date.
