In the psychology literature on personal change, it has been noted that helping relationships are an essential ingredient. You need support and encouragement. Everyone does. You could form a group, or seek out help from a professional, but you could also ask a dear, trusted friend to stand by. You might ask your significant other to be on your side. You can ask your mother or sister or even brother.
Ask for help. It will help you meet your weight loss challenge and do your diet a world of good.
