I'm guilty and you probably are too. I look at the weight loss ads, see the before and after pictures, and think I could probably live on juice and red cabbage for six weeks if i'd make the weight come off that fast. Then sanity returns and I remember the only way to lose weight and keep it off is the eat less, exercise more formula. If I needed another good reason no to go on a fad diet, I recently read that radical changes in your diet may cause your hormones to fluctuate causing pimples to break out. Yucky! Has a fad diet ever caused you to break out?
