I thought I'd share this with you. I'm going to use the mind/body connection to help me stick to my diet plan this time.
I have written down five positive things I think about myself. They are:
I am going to use every one of these positive characteristics to work for me while I go on a diet plan, and see what happens.
I guess what I'm trying to say is, I'm going to dwell on my strengths as opposed to my weaknesses.
