-Beat marg and sugar into medium sized bowl with mixer. When smooth, add whites of the eggs and almond extract. Continue to mix, and then combine flour, salt, and baking powder into a large bowl. -With cooking spray, spray 2 9′ x 5′ loaf pans. Evenly divide the dough and spread it between pans. Spread uniformly over the bottoms of the pans with wet fingertips.
