depressing weight gain

back to the 180 mark : ( i have fell off the its time to get back on... I've ben going to the gym more often but hae gained 7 pounds i'd like to think its muscle but am having a hard time believing that.... Back to the watching what i'm eating and trying to excercise everyday! When i get back to the school and the gym is walking distance i think i'll be much more willing with out excuse to stay on top of my weight loss!

Its sad that my wieght makes me sad : ( now is the time to do something about it!)

you can do it !!! you should change the way you see your fat , it should motivate you to loss it . come on you can do it :) . lets do this !!!
