It’s an exciting day for me because I just got word that my book is out!  Refuse to Regain  is in stock at Amazon.com and will soon be in stores (I hope!). I wrote this book for those who bravely battle in maintenance but are determined never to return to the weight they once were. I know that there are a lot of you out there, working hard every day to make weight loss stick. I admire each of you and I hope that you enjoy Refuse to Regain, because it is really your book.
