A friend offered me the rest of her fries from her lunch, which I would normally eat a couple, but I said, "No, thanks, but can I have your pickle?"
I made Shepherd's Pie tonight using a Weight Watchers recipe. I used lean ground beef instead of ground turkey, though. I was hungry after I prepared the food while it was in the oven. However, I resisted any other temptation and waited on dinner. It was good. My husband thought it had too many vegetables, but that doesn't really suprise me. :) (He started eating salads two years ago.) WW uses a lot of herbs to replace the flavor of fat, but I like them, so I thought it was great!
I went to gym after dinner. I maintained 160-170 strides on the elliptical. After 28 minutes with 5 minute cool-down, I had done 2.65 miles. I also did 20 minutes of universal weight machines. I upped my weights on one of them, I can't recall the name though...
