Day I have spent some time looking at events I would like to compete in the coming year, I am sure there are a few more I can find to fill my calendar to June next year, would like to do one thing a month until then and then look to do longer tri/du-athlon events.
I will end this all with a 21 km run in June ( this is what I am thinking anyway )
Went for another bike ride today, wow the first 3 mins hurt like hell, my poor we bum, then I got over it or I worried more about falling off and was on my way. 10 kms in 29.38 mins. YAY...
Today has been a good day so far food wise, exercise is in check and water is getting there.. yay be back later with some more news of me day.
