I know I said I'd weigh in a couple WEEKS, but I weighed in this morning. I know, I've only been on-plan for truly a full day and sporadically each day as of late.
But, there's good news:
Yet, the damage is not nearly as bad as I thought, it's actually pretty much the same as it's been for, forever. 152 lbs. I was sure I'd hit 160 - I probably did - but it's already come off with the immediate change in water/food intake. I haven't changed my weight in the Fitday journal in months - because I set 150 as my cutoff. 150 was like the magic number to "get to," pounds and pounds ago, because it was supposedly the magical land of skinny. It's not. Not for my height - 5 feet 4 inches but I call it 5. I need to be around 130 at the most. When I was 300+ pounds 150 looked impossible, and even the professionals said I probably wouldn't see a full loss. 150 was a generous estimate - the docs said I'd see about 175 and stay there.
That being said, of course I'll still always have extra tissue due to skin until plastic surgery (which may be years), but I've still got a lot of fat tissue left where I am. 150 may look different on you - or you're taller. For me, it's still floppy and frumpy. Maybe with more muscle and a few choice pieces cut off entirely it would be fine.
Anyways - that's the deal. 152. On plan. It's early this morning, having my coffee now - I don't know if I'll be doing liquid protein today or liquids & just lean protein solids (translation: cottage cheese)

Okay, it's nearly 8pm - the results of the day:
About 500 calories in (woulda been slightly more if I hadn't lost my lunch), 50 grams of protein, and one full freaking hour on the treadmill for four miles walked. Phew. Now, the treadmill says I burned 600 calories - but Fitday says 187. How much does that suck? I'll eat again soon - probably a shake or just cottage cheese, my stomach is slightly scared from the egg upchuck.
