Crunch Free Abs Exercise: Advanced Bodyweight Training

This exercise has a silly name, well I’ve given it a silly name at least.

I’m sure and certain that this is not the official name of the exercise but after you see it, you will see why I’ve called it the Elephant Side Plank.

This movement is definitely not one of the easiest bodyweight exercises that you’ll ever see but you will no doubt agree that the Elephant Side Plank is a great crunch free abs exercise which works pretty much every muscle in your upper body - obliques, abs, lats, shoulders, arms.
