Crunch Free Abs Exercise: Advanced Bodyweight Training

This exercise has a silly name, well I’ve given it a silly name at least, but it works for sure and certain!
After you see it, you will see why I’ve called it the Elephant Side Plank but it is without a doubt one of the best abs exercises out there.
This movement is definitely not one of the easiest bodyweight exercises that you’ll ever see but you will no doubt agree that the Elephant Side Plank is a great crunch free abs exercise which works pretty much every muscle in your upper body – obliques, abs, lats, shoulders, arms.
The best thing about this exercise is that it won’t wreck your back like crunches or sit ups will.
