Couch to 5K, week 3, day 1

Once again I made a big deal out of what turned out to be nothing. Don’t get me wrong: the three minute runs were tough. It’s just that they weren’t the worst things in the world like I feared. I never lost my wind the whole time. More importantly I never got that indescribable pain in my ribs I get when I’ve run for too long.

I’m very happy to have this first run behind me. I look forward to the next two. They shouldn’t be a problem either.

Now it’s on to worrying about the 5 minute run in week 4.
