Couch to 5K running plan - prelim

I’ve decided that I need to up my cardio. I don’t know why but I’ve always found reasons to skip it lately. What I need is a plan similar to my lifting plan. I don’t miss lifts because I have a schedule. Missing one throws off my week.

I’ve decided to try the Couch to 5K running plan.

I plan to start officially on Monday. Today I did the first week, day 1 plan but I’m not going to count it. Just wanted to see if it was good. I’m honestly tired and it only took 25 minutes. We’ll see how this goes. It’s only 3 days a week for 9 weeks. Hopefully I can keep up.

So there’s the plan. 9 weeks from now I hope to be able to run 3 miles nonstop.
