Compulsive overeating and emotional eating cause weight gain

Losing weight permanently is all about making the link between overeating and what's leading you to overeat.

It could be

  • a medical problem
  • a psychological problem
  • a hardwired habit
  • a stress situation
  • an enabling environment

It could be many things. If you are to solve an eating problem, you'll need to link up cause or causes with your behavior.

If you don't understand why you gain weight, or why you eat the way you do, then these things that guide you to food inappropriately will still be doing it.

That's just too hard to fight against. So, make the link.
