High fructose corn syrup is widely blamed for obesity, but there is a way to consume this and other sugars and still achieve quick weight loss.

As for high fructose corn syrup being the reason we are overweight, that is simply not true.  Big doses of high fructose corn syrup add way too many calories to a person's diet, and this leads to issues with fat and weight gain.  People who are obese and overweight probably consume more drinks and foods that contain high fructose corn syrup than they need to.  What's interesting is that scientists see the same trend with regular sugar.

High glycemic foods can all become a little less threatening to healthy diet plans when they are eaten with protein and healthy fats.  Doing this slows the rate at which sugar is absorbed by the body, meaning it has a chance to be burned as energy first.  Implementing this tip every time you consume a sugary product will help you with your quick weight loss.
