Collecting myself

Friday is the 1st day of my Weight Watchers week. I’m missing my meeting but planning for a week where I stay within my points and get my exercise. I need it after the last couple week of funeral food and being sick. Time to start feeling better.

Getting through trick or treat will be tough, plus a friend is coming to town and we’re going to dinner. I think we’re going to Emiliano’s, a great Mexican restaurant. Tough place to eat for a WW, but if I can figure it out, the rest of the week should be less complex.

Back to normal exercise this week too. A few 3 mile runs to get back to normal, plus judo. I’m running the Greensburg Turkey Trot in 3 weeks. Gonna do it in less than 30 mins (a record for me.)

Food plan: soup and fruit for lunch at work all week (my usual for this time of year) plus actual cooked dinners at home (lean meat, veg, maybe baked potatoes…)
