I do not feel good about myself when my clothes get tight and I cannot fit into the same size jeans I was wearing a your ago. (Sigh!) Guess it's back to eating healthy because I am still exercising regularly.
I know, it's hard when that happens. As we age it seems more and more important to be vigilant about the things we eat and the portions. When all else fails, try running. It's utter hell to get started, but boy does it work fast!
Thank you for the support and encouragement, I really appreciate it. Unfortunately, I have some health problems and cannot run anymore so I do walk 4 miles in one hour three times a week with a girlfirend and that does get my heart pumping.
