According to the book I just read, it's possible (in just 8 weeks) to train your body to crave different types of fat. The fact is, the body has chemical responses to eating and drinking just like it has a chemical response to love. And the feelings that eating something gives it makes it crave certain things. But by changing the quality of your fat intake (ie. switch over to good fats, like a handful of walnuts per day, salmon, avocado, etc.) and your body will start to crave those instead of that pint of Haagen Daaz. Your body can adjust in 8 weeks, which is only two months of your life. Isn't it worth giving that change a go?
