Unpaid rave here.  Really.  I know you think I get paid to say this poop, I don't.  See, I was being paid, I wouldn't say poop in a review for Fiber cereal.

I was cleaning the food out of the camper, and stuffed way back behind a giant box of Cheerios and a box of Puffins, was a three pack of General Mills sample cereals.  I guess the kids didn't find the titles appetizing and did not dig in to these mini-boxes.

Usually, mini-boxes SCREAMMarshmallows!  Sugar!  There's junk in here!

These boxes, however, tout fiber and fruit.

Ignoring the other two for a moment, I just ripped into the Fiber One Honey Clusters, because, well I have TMI.  Really bad.  Since eating a Can Of Black Beans didn't help, I'm desperate.

I normally do not like fiber cereal.  Fiber One twigs don't do it for me - in fact I ground them in my blender and cooked MEATLOAF with them, because, they are inedible to me, because I don't use milk and "eat cereal" like a typical person.  I eat cereal DRY, straight up outta da box.

The Fiber One Honey Clusters taste great.  They are lightly sweetened with real sugar products, but, there's only six grams in a full cup of the cereal.  And, 51% of your daily need for fiber!  13 grams.  Thank goodness.

We all know WLS'ers don't get enough fiber - and are prone to constipation.  A fiber-cereal can help moooove things along, and finding one that tastes aiight AND won't make you sick is a huge plus.
