Cardio workout

Cardio is something I always dread doing and then love once I get into it. I've got 8 inches of snow here today. I guess I should go shovel the drive for my cardio.
Good for you for tracking your progress. I skipped my workout this morning bt I have a good excuse. Okay - that's a lie! I have no excuse so I guess I'll have to do it later... Bummer. Thanks for the kick!
The more frequently you do cardio the easier it becomes to have the interest in doing it.
From previous experience, working in a community is the best way to stick with a plan. Brenda
