Cannot Lose Weight and Not Letting Others Know How You Really Feel

You, probably as much as the
next person, want to make a positive impression on others. So what do you do
when you are feeling particularly anxious or depressed or angry or ashamed, or
you are in any other emotional state that could possibly detract from that positive
impression you want others to have of you?
Think about it. Do you let
on how you’re feeling? To whom might you reveal how you really feel? What about
the risk involved? Will it be worth the risk? What’s been your past experience
with sharing how you really feel with others? And, how is this related to being
overweight and unable to lose weight?
