I am trying to loose my little weight left and i need some exercises and food lists or food suggestions for my diet.
I would like to loose some fat from my thighs, arms, and especially my stomatch and sides. And im creating a healthy diet. And i need some ideas or food lists and some exercises which are not so aggressive. I am going very good i lost alot but i would like to loose it all by the end of june or in the middle of june i only have like a little fat left.
