GO LINDSEY! Good for you. That is soo true...running in the hot weather can be very disceiving (sp?)! Good for you on the progress so far AND for listening to your body...that's hard sometimes when you feel like "but I do this all the time?!" Keep up the great work!
I did the same thing this week but it was the humidity that got to me.

Yesterday was a tricky running day. I didnt realize it was as hot as it was yesterday when I decided to go for a 3 mile run. Running is 88 degree weather is not always the smartest choice. I got about a mile and a half including running some hills and had to walk part of the course. I was drenched by the time I came back into the gym.
But good news is..Im down one pound! Only 4 more to go until the end of June and 9 by the end of July.
