Brown Bag It

I recently read this article called Add a Little Oomph to Your Brown Bag Lunch from Everyday Health and thought that it had some great tips to spice up your meal. I've been packing my lunch when I go to work and usually try to bring at least two or three types of fruits and/or vegetables, a protein shake, and a bottled water. Along with my daily supplements that I take with each meal, I'm usually pretty satisfied until dinner time.
