Dynamic Warm Up:
Spiderman Twists x 10
Push Ups x 10
Squats x 10
Waiters Bow x 10
Side Plank x 10 sec each side
Repeat x 3

1a) T Push Ups x 16
1b) Squat Jumps x 15
2a) Leg Blaster x 15 each leg
2b) Virtual Skipping x 50
3a) 1 Arm Hover x 15 secs each side
3b) Jump Backs x 50
TABATAS CARDIO ROUND – 20/10 set for 4 mins
choose between Star Jumps, Ski Jumps or Leg Shuffles
That's it! Short and sweet and you're done. Should take you no more than 20 mins from start to finish.
