So true! Here's a true story for you (that I share frequently with people) I knew a pair of twin girls, mid-20s, both were a size 4 (and yes they were gorgeous). Twin A, the girl I knew very well, had a healthy fat percentage, low cholesterol, exercised regularly and ate healthy. Twin B had an unhealthy fat percentage, and was borderline high cholesterol. She did not exercise or eat healthy. And yet, the two wore the same size clothes and weighed the same. That totally changed my perception of people!
