BlogHer is having a " Reach Out" Conference on October 11th, 2008 near me. It looks like my October is going to be absolutely nuts. I have never been able to GO to a BlogHer event, because they are usually way far away, but this, this I can do.

We're taking this show on the road! For the first time ever, BlogHer is
launching a two-week tour, bringing all the highlights of the annual
event to six different cities. These one-day conferences will feature a
broad range of topics and speakers, cocktail parties for networking and
socializing, and a little bit of local flavor. We'll be focusing on
topics that seem to resonate strongest in each city, and looking for
your local bloggers to lead the discussions.
Are you local? Do you blog? Do you WANT to start? Want to get some inspiration? One caveat? I think you have to be a her, mostly.
BlogHer BOSTON kicks off the Reach Out Tour, with a full day of general
and targeted sessions. We're still finalizing the details, but you can
expect the day to begin with breakfast at 8:30 and conclude with a
cocktail reception from about 6 to 8 p.m.
(Yes, I'm signing up. I went to do it just now, but the form does not accept AMEX, so, it's got to wait until Mr. MM wakes up and I find another card.)
