Sorry for the lack of post I was exhausted and went to bed around 6pm last night.
I went for a 9K run with a few walking intervals yesterday morning on my local trail. Felt awesome to be running again AND I burnt off all the pizza that I somehow managed to inhale on Saturday night. ;)
Had a major epiphany that I just wanted to share - The support of complete strangers (now some of my closest friends) has truly helped me change my life. Thank YOU!
Made a delicious salad with all kinds of farmer’s market ingredients – spinach, cucumber, carrots, mushrooms, beet peel (Thanks Ang!) a bit of crumbled feta and some strawberry vinaigrette.
Decided my reward for getting under 180 lbs will most definitely be a kickboxing class. I can’t wait!!
Got to the lake for an awesome, refreshing swim yesterday afternoon.
Sadly, I crashed around Suppertime from pure exhaustion. Not sure my body was up for the long run. I was in bed by 6pm and slept until 530am this morning.
