I am feeling awesome at the moment, I ran 5 km yesterday and then today I ran 12 kms in 80 mins, I am excited and stoked to say that is my biggest run ever. WOHOO
The rest of the day I made food, soup and lunches for the week, and then dinner and the pretty much killed the rest of the weekend.
I am feeling so much better, so back into my 6 days a week training schedule, meeting my new PT for our first session on Thursday, scared a wee bit but it will be good. She is going to do my fat folds and my measurements. SO that will be good as well.
I have a full one week this coming week, I have reports to start writing and a few other bits to focus on.
I have also booked tickets for a weekend away in Auckland next month and I am excited it will be nice to get away and just visit some friends and have a good old shopping trip wohoo !!
