Best Diet Plan has Least Resistance

All things in nature tend to take the path of least resistance. It's even true when it comes to the earth's orbit around the sun.

So, why not try for this same path of least resistance when you start your diet plan?

If you start with all your bad habits in place, that is the path of most resistance.

To clear the way, you need to change your habits from habits that get in your way, into habits that actually propel you on your diet way.

Here's an example.

Habit: After a couple of weeks on any diet plan, you start cheating, and that leads to more cheating, and finally to giving up.

You can see that if you go on a diet with this habit firmly in place, you have very little chance of making it through. What to do?

A habit is not so rock solid, if you investigate it, ask questions about it, see how it works, why it works, how to dismantle it.

In the example above, you might

  1. Stay aware of when the cheating starts
  2. Take note of the situation where it happens: who's there, what's your mood, what is happening around you, what events led up to cheating, what you do after, etc.

This kind of examination and the answers it brings is what will break down a habit that always gets in your way.

Clear the path, and make it much easier to stick to your weight loss diet plan. Propel yourself with the least amount of resistance right to your weight loss goal.
