Believe it or not: All diets work the same.

A research study says that most diets have almost the same effect, usually helping people lose about six percent of their weight. I guess there is no such thing as the perfect diet. However, it also means that if you follow any diet properly, it will help you to lose almost the same weighty - so you can choose the diet that works best for you. What do you say?
