You can definitely do it. I'd suggest this time that you try incorporating small changes that you can live with forever instead of dieting. I too have been a participant in the dieting merry go round. You diet and exercise like a fiend, lose weight and then gain it back because you can't live on that diet forever. Why not try making a healthy, lifelong change every week? You could switch to a healthier bread or use spinach leaves instead of ice berg lettuce. You could take up tennis or dancing. Do things that you enjoy and love and you can ditch diets forever. And by the way, I 'm with you. I intend to take up permanent residence in a size 10.
Hang in there, you can do it.

I am back in the "game" again! I just can't stay motivated. You would think that being in pants all day that are too tight would change my attitude...it doesn't. I am determined to fix my current situation. It isn't like I want to be super skinny by any means. I would like to be back into my Jessica Simpson size 10's...that is ALL. Ideally, I would love to be a size 8 or 6, but I think I looked good in those jeans. I felt skinny. Hopefully, I can get back there. It might take a while, I just need to do it. I need support!
