I am really considering doing a weekly weigh in rather than daily. I think that weighing daily might be playing a part in my bad mood the last few days. It is hard, I am scared to do it because for some crazy reason I think I will see a gain. But I think I should give it a try. Maybe I will do that starting next week.. lol!
153 today. I am not calling it for sure until I weigh tomorrow.
I plan to run 3-4 miles tomorrow and Saturday. I've stuck to induction levels all week so hopefully that will help get things moving again.
