I just had the most awesome cardio workout. My goal was 4 miles and I made it! Sorry for the poor quality picture, I had to take it on my iphone since I was not about to whip out a camera at the gym! It took me 49 minutes, 49 seconds. That is about 12mins 15 seconds per mile. I am pretty happy with that!
This is not my longest cardio workout but it is the furthest distance in this amount of time. It feels great to see my fitness level improving. I ran for about 30 minutes of the 49. Eventually I want to be able to run straight for 30 minutes without any walk breaks. I am well on my way!
