Army 10 Miler Training Plan

Posted Jul 26 2013 12:00am

When football season ended a few weeks ago I immediately began to think about my fall fitness goals.  I knew I wanted to do the 90 day Turbo Fire program and to get back into running.  With my Turbo Fire Challenge set to start on August 1, I sat down with Neal and created our Army 10 Miler training plan.

In the past I have trained for my long distance races using a run/walk program, but this fall I am focused on running as much as possible during my runs.  As of right now, Neal and I are only signed up for the Army 10 Miler, but we are both looking to sign up for the Richmond Half Marathon in November.

This calendar is strictly our running plan and does not include other workouts (so when it says off it means off from running).  On top of this I will be doing my Turbo Fire workouts.
