Today is an excellent day! It was a bit cold for my taste, but winter is definitely over. I've been going to the gym close to everyday, alternating strength training every other day.
Cardio is everyday and I don't like it one bit. My relationship with running is a love/hate one, as in I hate it while I'm doing it, but love it when it's over. I need to find something that I enjoy, but my gym is small and offers no classes. I guess I just need to get outside and do some walking/jogging. We'll save running for the gym.
Eating continues to be my downfall. I eat the right things and I have the willpower to turn down the wrong things, but I feel hungry a lot of the time. It is very hard at work because I am not that busy most of the day. The hardest thing is finding appropriate snacks. I don't really like vegetables and I can't find anything other than that. Again, any ideas are appreciated.
I have found that I need more fiber to stay full. While I eat a lot of veggies too, sometimes I will have a "Fiber One" bar, or a whole wheat low fat english muffin (Thomas makes one with 1/3 of your daily fiber). Everyone is different, but it might be worth a try.
