So here I am, finally doing something that I think will help me out in the long run! Ive tried it before. Losing weight, eating healthy, exercising daily, etc. before but I find myself always over thinking all of it and I quit. I really do want to get myself healthy. I participate in a running group 2 times a week but its not enough; i find school stress, my job, and overall life is so busy to think of adding even one more aspect into my hectic schedule. But I find myself thinking that if I dont get myself healthy, and stay healthy that I wont be able to reach the success I strive for because I wont feel the best I could feel about myself. So here I am (just as the title refers) I'm here to get healthy, push myself once and for all to lose weight and love it. Lets get real here, weight loss commercials dont help me want to do a thing, I believe its YOU who has to make the decision yes or no for getting healthy, and finally my answer has been yes! I'm going to push myself daily, balance my lifestyle, and in the end be the happiest I have been in awhile!
Hopefully this starting blog will help me push myself further and further as I blog my progress!
