Add This Delicious Sandwich To Your Healthy Diet Plans

Sweet and spicy go very well together with this Hawaiian style sandwich.It makes a wonderful addition to your healthy diet plans.
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 slices of mozzarella cheese
4 slices of pineapple (1/2-3/4 inches thick)
4 whole grain buns
1/4 cup jalapeno slices
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
Marinate the chicken in a sealable bag with the 1/4 cup of teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes. Grill the chicken breasts until completely cooked through. Then add the cheese to the top of each chicken breast until the cheese is melted. Remove from grill and set aside.
Place buns and pineapple slices on grill. Lightly toast the buns and cook the pineapple until it is soft or about 2 minutes on each side.
Place the chicken breast on the bun and top with a pineapple slice and a few jalapeno slices.
