Add Some Spice To Your Fat Loss And Healthy Eating Plans

I was in the Tampa airport recently eating some lunch waiting for my plane to arrive.
I noticed something on the menu called the Fiesta Burger and I was eating right so I thought I would let you know about this recipe to help with your meal boredom.
I thought I would give it a try and I have to say it added some great flavor to an ordinary burger and has been added to my healthy eating plans.
If you are looking for some new healthy recipe ideas then give the fiesta burger a try.
The fiesta burger is a normal hamburger topped with some salsa. It is that simple for good nutrition.
You could choose your own salsa whether it be mild, medium or hot salsa depending on your love of spicyness.
It can also fit on a high carb, low carb or no carb day just by choosing whether or not you have a bun or not with it. So it works with many different healthy eating plans.
It actually doesn’t need a bun if you have the salsa with the hamburger patty.
You could also try this combination with chicken as well.
Give it a try and let me know what you think of it.
"I have signed up for the http://WeightLossIsMadeEasy.com meal plans. I’m really excited about that. I’ve figured out that if I have a written plan/program, it’s so much easier for me to plan ahead and also stay on task. Plus, I love the fact that not only do things change up with the carb levels every three days, but with new recipes and ideas on how to stay with the program, the tedium factor doesn’t set in. Thanks so much for your support and especially for sharing your knowledge!"
