Did you know that reaching your weight loss goal is more likely when you set learning as your goal, rather than a specific outcome?

So, try something like this: my weight loss goal is to learn how to deal with the triggers that get me to cheat and disregard my diet plan.

Rather than: My weight loss goal is to lose 20 lbs.

Try it. It should make a big difference.
