A Plan.

Posted Dec 20 2008 5:38pm
Losing weight is, I imagine, the most popular new year's resolution in history. How many people actually stick to their plans. I know that right after January the 1st, the gym is very crowded. Three months into the year, though, the attendance is back to normal. If you set yourself a goal, however, instead of just making weight-loss a new years resolution, you have a better chance of sticking to it.

It is also very important to make out a daily, monthly and yearly plan. It is important to involve yourself in a group with the same goals so you can collaboration with each other about successes, disappointments and annoyances. I would actually suggest that you visit goalforit.com. Here you can obtain free tools to set, manage and achieve goals. You can also watch tutorial videos.

Losing weight, I know, is harder than just saying you are going to lose weight next year and then doing it. It makes it a whole lot easier with a goal, plan and help.
