I ran 4 miles today! It felt pretty good, too. Well aside from the new blister I have. It took about 60 minutes total, not including my warm up which is around 4ish minutes. Now that I run longer than an entire 30 minute episode of any of my favorite tv shows, I've resorted to putting in movies. We have 100's of dvds to pick from so I'll be doing that from now on. I was watching hour long episodes of shows on various web sites, such as Desperate Housewives but they only run for about 40 minutes becuase the "commercials" on the web are only about 30 seconds long. And I hate stopping the treadmill to get off and change shows, etc.
I do need to get some crunches and weights in today.

This weekend I plan to work on some low carb recipe ideas I have. :)
