I know that a loss is good. I lost 1 pound this week.
I have got to get my motivation back and get back on track. I will NOT put these 10 pounds I have lost back on! I will NOT.
I am going to sit down later today and re-evaluate my goals, make an exercise schedule that I can stick with, and determine how I can hold myself accountable.
To anyone who reads (and I hope some do) what motivates you?
