Perhaps you are used to thinking about your weight control problem like this:

  • I can’t ever lose weight on a diet

  • Diet plans don’t work

  • Diets make me hungry

  • I can’t ever find the right diet plan

Even though any of the above statements may be true, you’ll need to be more specific. How you state your problem right at the beginning is crucial. The road to the weight loss secret of success starts with a clear statement of the problem(s).

Let’s see if you can challenge your assumptions and explore different visions of your problems with losing weight. Let’s see if you can take your eyes off the diet plan and look elsewhere.

Is it really the diet plan that’s the problem? Maybe it’s something much more personal. Maybe the problem has to do with something you do when you’re on a diet.
