Holy shit - some more melted away! I was holding at 186 for about 3-4 weeks, and finally I hit 182. I ran right out and got me a size 12 jeans! I haven't been working out for a few weeks, so I suspect it might be muscle mass! I keep finding great recipes at The World According to Eggface - that are WLS friendly.

I found that I can't eat any fish. If I am lucky enough to choke it down, it makes me puke for about an hour or so after I eat it. I'm ok with shellfish and tuna salad though.
I'm heading out to Utah in the morning for an art retreat, so I should have some photos when I return!
