9am 1 can of Campbells Chunky Soup (Grilled Chicken & Gumbo 280 calories + way too much sodium)

11am 2 apples

12pm 1 cutie & oatmeal (Trader Joe’s plain with 7 grams of protein 170 calories)

2pm carrots (about a cup)

5pm 12 inch Veggie Sandwich from Subway (veggies, mustard, and pepper)

I’m at my sister’s with my husband. The plan is to go to her apartment gym around 8pm but all I really want to do is hang out and play catch phrase. Also, she has a large container of Harry & David Moose Munch that is calling my name. Ugh!!! I will workout and I will avoid the Moose Munch!!!
