Well, I was totally shocked by the number I saw on the scale today. I weighed in at 247.5 (-2.5), which means I've lost a grand total of 70 pounds.
I didn't think I would be losing any weight at all after eating so much food last week, but I must have overestimated how many calories I consumed or exercised way too much. Whatever the case may be, I'm extremely happy with my progress. I only have 10 more pounds to lose before I hit the halfway mark. It would be super sweet to ring in the new year with a total weight loss of 80 pounds, but I'm not gonna get my hopes up just yet.
